Call for Collegiate Volunteers at All-State Auditions
Because all of our auditions are anonymous, collegiate volunteers serve as the frontline for the entire event. They are responsible for managing the flow of students into audition rooms, communicating with adjudicators, and maintaining the pace of the day. This role directly ensures that the schedule stays on track, which is arguably the most important factor in running a successful and equitable audition experience.
