Welcome to the 2023-2024 MMEA All-State Professional Development Conference

MMEA, the Massachusetts Music Educators Association, in affiliation with NAfME, the National Association for Music Education, is pleased to present our annual All-State Conference and Exhibition on March 21st - 22nd, 2024, at the DCU Convention Center in Worcester, MA.

The annual All-State Conference features as many as 100 sessions, several concert hours and casual concerts, exclusive exhibit hall receptions, and is attended by more than 700 music educators and nearly 500 of the state’s top student musicians performing band, orchestral, jazz, and choral works.


2023-2024 Registration Information

Register for the Conference

  • Registration for the MMEA 2024 Conference will open in the fall of 2023. The online form accepts payment by credit card or Purchase Order. PO numbers may be entered as "pending," provided that the PO number is supplied by the date of the conference. The same Purchase Order may be used for multiple individuals, with the price per person being determined by the individual's NAfME member status (e.g., current/expired).

  • Early registrations must be received by midnight on February 1st, 2024. After that date, regular registration fees apply.

  • On-Site Registration will be open at the conference each day.


Graduate Credit Registration
Gordon College would like to offer graduate credit
(1 credit) for MMEA Conference attendees. Details about tuition, registration, and course requirements can be found here:

NAfME Non-Member Pre-Registration: $275

NAfME Member Regular Registration:  $235

NAfME Non-Member Regular Registration: $300 

NAfME Retiree Pre-Registration: $20

NAfME Collegiate Member Pre-Registration: $10

NAfME Collegiate Member Registration: $10 

NAFME Non-Member Collegiate Pre-Registration: $25

NAfME Non-Member Collegiate Regular Registration: $25

Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable. Consideration for a refund in the event of a family emergency must be appealed to the Executive Director.
