Congratulations Canton High School

Please join us in offering a HUGE Congratulations to CANTON HIGH SCHOOL and their Tri-M Music Honor Society advisor, Catherine Eckersley for being selected as the Massachusetts state Tri-M Chapter of the year by the National Association for Music Education (NAfME)! This is an incredible testament to their students and community commitment to high quality music education, service, and leadership!  

Catherine states, “I am thrilled to be named the Tri-M Chapter of the Year for Massachusetts. Our students work so hard to spread music through the community and work with our younger students. This honor society contributes so much to the growth of our music program.”

CHS Tri-M Vice President Athena To shares, “We were incredibly honored to receive the chapter of the year award. To me, this award is just a small representation of who we are as performers and people. Each member has added powerful musical contributions, which is more than what we could ask for. As a senior officer, I am incredibly proud and grateful for all our members’ strong efforts in advocating and providing musical service and performance in our community. This award shows recognition that our chapter is filled with incredibly passionate, talented, and kind artists.”
